| Bio: | My Little Mini-Biography by Jono Aidney I was born on the day of the 1984 election in which the Labour government came to power. Pretty much everything for the next 15 years in this country was a complete disaster. I came of age in a country which was rapidly liberalising itself - liquor, prostitution, anti-smoking, civil unions. Unfortunately, nobody much cares about politics in this country. For the first time, New Zealand music, cinema and television departed from the 'cultural cringe' and we started producing some really great stuff. Unfortunately, nobody much cares about live music in this country. I'm an advertising creative. I know, I know...
